Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide and deliver the electrical panel assessment service; (b) process payments for paid reports; (c) communicate with you about your assessment results; (d) connect you with licensed electricians in your area, if you opt in; (e) improve our AI analysis models and service quality; (f) detect and prevent fraud, including verifying photo authenticity through geolocation comparison; and (g) comply with legal obligations.
4. Contractor Lead Sharing
If you request to be connected with a licensed electrician, we may share your name, phone number, email address, property address, and assessment summary with contractors in your service area. We will only share this information when you explicitly request a contractor connection or opt in to lead matching.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your assessment data, including uploaded photos and results, for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
