By accessing or using Panel-Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Panel-Pulse is operated by Panel-Pulse LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Panel-Pulse provides AI-powered electrical panel safety assessments for informational purposes. Users upload photographs of their electrical panels, and our system analyzes them to provide safety ratings, insurance readiness indicators, and estimated upgrade costs. The Service is designed to help homeowners understand the general condition of their electrical panels.

3. Important Disclaimers

Panel-Pulse is not a substitute for a professional electrical inspection. Our assessments are AI-generated estimates based on photographic analysis and should be treated as informational guidance only. They do not constitute a licensed electrical inspection, engineering report, or professional diagnosis.

While our system is built by a licensed electrical contractor (CSLB #1051874), the automated analysis may not detect all hazards, code violations, or conditions that would be identified during an in-person inspection. Always consult a licensed electrician for definitive assessments and before performing any electrical work.

Cost estimates provided are regional approximations based on publicly available labor and material data. Actual costs may vary significantly based on your specific situation, local permitting requirements, contractor availability, and other factors.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Payments and Refunds

Paid reports are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. All sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. User Content and Photos

By uploading photos to Panel-Pulse, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze those images for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any photos you submit and that the photos accurately depict the electrical panel at the address you provide.

We may retain uploaded photos and assessment data to improve our AI models and service quality. Photos and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit fraudulent photos or information; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms; (d) resell or redistribute reports without authorization; (e) use automated tools to scrape or access the Service; or (f) misrepresent Panel-Pulse reports as licensed electrical inspections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panel-Pulse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on our assessments, including but not limited to decisions about home purchases, insurance coverage, electrical work, or property improvements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the AI analysis system, scoring algorithms, user interface, and branding — are owned by Panel-Pulse LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Contractor Matching

Panel-Pulse may offer to connect you with licensed electricians in your area. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any third-party contractor. Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor. Panel-Pulse is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by third-party contractors.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
